The school keeps on organizing staff development training engagements and believes in shouldering responsibilities time and again. Teaching Observation worksheets are filled by the Principal. Post that improvements and appropriate trainings are organized for the Teachers. The impact is tracked on a quarterly basis during the appraisal meeting. External Trainers as well as in-house workshops are conducted to motivate the staff. The self appraisal goals apprise the second line of leadership on the managements's expectations.
The students under the guidance of teacher embark on various outreach programmes such as 7 Tips to save Gas, Energy saving for Refrigerators, Save Water and Electricity, Tips on Garbage Segregation and Recycling, Basic Adulteration Awareness, Beti Bachao, Swach Bharat Mission, Anti-Tobacco Day etc. These programmes are conducted via the medium of nukkad natak, posters, flag-march, demonstration and speech. The initiatives have helped the local community to acknowledge the importance of these social issues and derive benefit. The accompanying teacher observes the students and fills in the grades for co-curricular activities which are later entered in the report cards.
The Annual Function provides an equal opportunity to all the students to showcase their creativity and talent. The school boasts of giving each and every student an opportunity to come on the stage.
